Daily price-lists
Price-lists
In compliance with the regulations in force, the Fruit and Vegetable Market of Bologna publishes and issues every day the price-lists of the products negotiated during the same day.
The price survey is carried out by qualified staff through interviews to buyers and sellers.
Prices are determined by the quantity of products sold and by the buyers’ demand, and they are also influenced by weather and environmental factors.
Variety, quantity and place of origin are also important factors in fixing the reference price of a commodity.
Each price refers to a net kilogram, except when otherwise stated, and does not include VAT.
The official price-list can be visited only by annual subscribers; for non-subscribers, a free specimen price-list is available.
